Runergy is a leading solar manufacturer supplying high-quality modules across the U.S market. We are seeking 3 Sales Managers to support utility-scale solar projects. This hire will work closely with key industry players, attending industry events, and supporting the Sales Director in developing strong relationships with potential and established buyers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with solar module buyers across the U.S., focusing on utility-scale projects.
• Support the Sales Director in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Deliver compelling pitches and presentations to prospective and current customers.
• Represent Runergy at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance business opportunities.
• Provide end-to-end sales support, guiding customers through the purchasing process.
• Track and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer data.

Qualifications

• Background: Utility Experience in sales, account management, or business development within the solar industry (modules, BOS, development, EPC, etc).
• Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage decision-makers. Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the U.S. solar market, including the impact of key policies such as AD/CVD tariffs, UFLPA regulations, and IRA incentives. Familiarity with solar supply chain trends and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
