🚗 WE'RE HIRING: North American Automotive Sales Manager
📍 Location: US | Remote
💰 Compensation: Fexible based on experience
✈️ Travel: Regional North American travel
The Role
We're looking for an experienced automotive sales professional to grow our North American customer base and develop relationships with OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, distributors, and aftermarket customers.
You'll be responsible for new business development, customer relationships, quotations, negotiations, pipeline growth, and supporting new automotive programs.
🎯 Must-Haves
✅ 3+ years of North American automotive sales/business development experience
✅ Direct experience with automotive components or manufacturing solutions
✅ Experience selling or working with one or more of:
- Aluminum extrusion
- Injection molding
- Stamping
- CNC/precision machining
- Automotive electronics/sensors
- Actuators or engine components
- EV/battery components
✅ Experience with OEMs, Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers
✅ Strong business development, negotiation, and account management skills
✅ Understanding of the North American automotive supply chain
✅ IATF 16949, PPAP, or APQP experience is a plus
✅ Existing automotive/OEM/Tier 1 network is highly preferred
✅ Authorized to work in the US
