Sales Manager

• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team based in Phoenix
• Recruit, develop and manage a sales team of 8–10 field representatives
• Conduct regular joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers
• Work closely with strategic accounts
• Partner with national sales and training managers to implement sales strategies and training procedures
• Monitor and analyze sales goals
• Identify opportunities for improvement
• Work Monday and Friday in the Uline AZ sales office
• Have the sales team visit in the field Tuesday through Thursday

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of experience in Sales / Sales management
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Frequent travel within the assigned territory
• Ability to travel outside AZ up to 50% of the time
• Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
• Must work in a drug-free workplace
