Leading a team of 10-15 Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Sales Manager - Outbound Sales will coach and support high-volume outbound cold calling efforts to sell Yelp's advertising solutions to small local businesses in a remote capacity, requiring residence in the Western Region of the U.S. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and support a team in achieving sales goals through high-volume outbound activity Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and exceed revenue targets Facilitate team meetings, sales training, and performance check-ins to promote engagement and results Required qualifications 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment Proficient in selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on team development Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
