What you'll actually be doing

• This is a leadership role focused on people, performance, and growth
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales and showroom staff
• Assign leads and territories to drive performance and profitability
• Track sales results and coach your team toward goals
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
• Partner with leadership on strategy, promotions, and showroom events
• Select and merchandise products that fit your local market - Review reports, performance metrics, and P&L results

Ideal background
