Salary: $110,000.00 Annually

$100,000 - $110,000 / Commission

Build a territory by helping dealers find the right gate and access control products, then turn those relationships into lasting accounts. You’ll lead sales activity, coach inside and outside teams, work closely with manufacturers, and connect customer demand with branch operations and inventory planning.

What you’ll do

• Set territory and account plans, identify prospects, grow established delivery routes, and develop new opportunities.
• Advise dealers on product applications, specifications, and integration; help troubleshoot technical questions.
• Coach sales and customer service teams on pipeline management, customer follow-up, and solutions-based selling.
• Use CRM data, forecasting, pricing, and market trends to manage sales performance and protect margins.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, Purchasing, Finance, and Warehouse teams on large projects, inventory needs, fulfillment, and customer issues.

What you’ll bring

• Five to ten years of industrial, B2B, or distribution sales experience with a record of growing accounts and meeting targets.
• Knowledge of gate systems, integrated access controls, technical products, or related OEM and MRO supplies.
• Experience coaching sales teams, setting goals, and managing performance across inside and outside sales.
• Comfort with CRM and ERP systems, sales forecasts, gross margins, budgets, and distribution logistics.
• Strong customer judgment, communication, and time management; a bachelor’s degree in business, industrial distribution, or engineering is highly preferred.
