Pay: $75,000–$85,000 Base + Quarterly Performance Bonus

Territory: Kentucky / Southern Indiana

We're hiring an experienced Sales Manager who knows how to develop new business, build strong customer relationships, and grow a territory.

This is a field-driven sales opportunity for someone who understands construction, industrial services, utilities, or equipment sales and knows how to turn contractor relationships into repeat business.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, develop, and close new B2B accounts.
• Build relationships with contractors, municipalities, utility companies, and industrial customers.
• Identify upcoming projects and uncover new revenue opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits, jobsite meetings, and sales presentations.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close contracts.
• Grow existing accounts while consistently generating new business.
• Manage your sales pipeline, territory performance, and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure successful service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B sales experience in construction, industrial services, equipment, utilities, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success generating new business and growing revenue.
• Experience selling directly to contractors, project managers, commercial accounts, or municipalities.
• Strong territory management, prospecting, and closing skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs, project scopes, and service requirements.
• Established relationships within the construction or industrial market are highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, competitive, accountable, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience in hydrovac, excavation, underground utilities, CCTV inspection, or sewer services is a plus.

Specialized services supporting construction, utility, municipal, and industrial projects, including hydro excavation, underground utility locating, CCTV inspection, and sewer cleaning.
