SALES MANAGER - FAIRFIELD,NJ

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Coach and lead 8-12 outside sales representatives through ride-alongs, role-plays, and 1:1s.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new representatives to keep the pipeline full.
• Provide real-time, in-field training and support, coaching representatives live while they sell.
• Track KPI's (Activity, Conversion, Close Rate), and coach to the numbers.
• Plan territory routes for max coverage and productivity.
• Partner with marketing and operations to keep the customer experience seamless.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 3+ Years of Outside\Field sales experience.
• 2+ Years leading a field-based sales team of 8+ Reps.
• Experience in home service, consumer services, or exterior property services.
• High-volume recruiting and onboarding experience
• Have knowledge and strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable with CRM, Excel, and sales reporting.
• Valid driver's licence. This is a field-heavy role.
