Sales Manager - Eastern North America

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sales Manager in the Eastern Region for a growing company that helps electric utilities get more capacity out of their existing transmission lines through real-time software and analytics. They're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to own the Eastern U.S. and Canada territory, selling complex utility software solutions to investor-owned utilities and co-ops. This is a true hunter role for someone who understands the utility space, can navigate long sales cycles, and build relationships with key stakeholders. The position is fully remote with up to 50% travel and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a market-leading organization in the Dynamic Line Rating (DLR) space.

Skills and Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience in enterprise software, utility software, or complex solution sales.Experience selling into electric utilities, transmission organizations, cooperatives, or related energy markets.
• Background selling software, SaaS, or technical solutions rather than commodity or transactional products.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the U.S. and Canada.
• Experience with Dynamic Line Rating (DLR), transmission technologies, grid modernization, utility analytics, or related solutions is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent industry experience will be considered.
