SALES MANAGER: OHIO & S. INDIANA
Location: Cincinnati, OH OR Southern Indiana & Kentucky
Pay: $75K–$85K base + quarterly bonus
I’m hiring a Sales Manager for a field-focused business development role covering either the Cincinnati market or Southern Indiana & Kentucky.
This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, getting in front of customers, visiting jobsites, and turning new opportunities into business.
What you’ll do
- Develop new accounts and grow existing customer relationships
- Build strategic partnerships with contractors, utilities, and other customers
- Conduct in-person sales calls, site visits, and job-site meetings
- Identify bid opportunities and prepare service quotes
- Coordinate customer needs with operations and field teams
- Track sales, profitability, forecasting, and market opportunities
- Participate in job-site meetings and customer-facing activities
- Help drive sales and business growth throughout the assigned market
What we’re looking for
- B2B sales or business-development experience
- Construction, utility, infrastructure, or related industry experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and new-business development skills
- Comfortable working in the field and meeting customers face-to-face
- Strong communication, follow-through, and organizational skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop them into revenue
