Sales Manager, Account Management

Leading a regional sales organization, the full-time remote Manager, Account & Relationship Management will drive revenue growth, oversee sales processes, and coach a high-performing team in the healthcare SaaS sector. Key responsibilities Own achievement of regional revenue, renewal, expansion, and new business objectives Drive accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce Build and develop a resilient sales team through coaching and performance feedback Required qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in direct sales or sales leadership in complex B2B environments Strong command of CRM-based sales management, preferably Salesforce Experience managing or coaching sellers through long-cycle, multi-stakeholder opportunities Demonstrated ability to improve pipeline generation and forecast discipline University degree or equivalent professional experience
