Verde Ranch Estates in Cottonwood, AZ is seeking a Sales Leader who thrives on prospecting, networking, and closing deals. You will generate new business, manage the full sales cycle, conduct tours, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with resort leadership to grow occupancy and sales.

Candidates should have 3–5+ years of sales success, a hunter mentality, excellent communication, and strong negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM and MS Office is preferred.
