In this role, you'll lead sales and profitability initiatives in your region, uncover opportunities in both existing and emerging markets, and inspire your team to achieve — and exceed — ambitious goals. You'll also be a trusted partner to leadership, shaping pricing strategies, optimizing product positioning, and ensuring our customers receive best-in-class service.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed regional objectives.
• Coach, mentor, and manage Territory Managers, helping them sharpen their skills and win in their markets.
• Monitor performance metrics, market trends, and competitive activity to stay ahead of the curve.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, negotiating and closing high-value deals.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to shape sales strategies and product offerings.
• Ensure your region meets margin expectations and delivers optimal product mix.

• Years of HVAC sales distribution/wholesale experience
• Lives in Lawrenceville GA, or surrounding area
