**Remote Sales Representative Leads Provided No Cold Calling**

Jackpot Recruiting is a third-party staffing company currently recruiting Remote Sales Representatives for one of our established client companies.

We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are comfortable speaking with customers, following a proven sales process, and working in a performance-driven environment.

This is a **fully remote sales position**. There is **no door-to-door selling and no traditional cold calling**. Qualified leads and potential customer opportunities are provided.

### What You'll Do

* Meet with prospective customers remotely
* Explain available products and services
* Follow up with company-provided leads
* Conduct sales presentations through Zoom or phone
* Follow a structured sales process and company training
* Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process
* Track appointments, follow-ups, and sales activity
* Participate in ongoing training and coaching

### What We're Looking For

* Strong communication and people skills
* Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and video
* Self-motivated and dependable
* Coachable and willing to learn
* Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
* Reliable internet connection
* Computer and webcam
* Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required

### Compensation

This is a **performance-based sales position**.

Compensation is based on individual sales production rather than an hourly wage or guaranteed salary. Additional details regarding the compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.
