Local manufacturer of low volume custom products is in need of a sales lead. The company continues to grow and is looking for skilled team members with strong work histories. Pay range can be further discussed during interview.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of sales experience
- 4 year college degree preferred (BS in Engineering or BS in Business, Marketing, Finance or related)
- Experience using software to maintain sales data
- Experience in manufacturing desired
- Ability to sell engineered custom products.
- Identify prospective customers and converting leads
- Maintain good relationships with current customers, discussing ongoing needs and meeting expectations
- Negotiate prices and term and other elements of sales agreements
- Ability to create quotes and sales proposals.
- Ability to visit customers to maintain good relationships and build new relationships
