What you will be doing
- Responsible for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank.
- Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store.
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers and lead the team in sales.
- Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks.
- Ensure cash register efficiency, including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns.
- Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising.
- Complete price adjustments and markdown processes.
- Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of Böhme.
- Report any customer or employee concerns/incidents to Store Manager.
- Participate in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education.
- Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
- Ability to work POS and other store computer applications.
