Sales Lead — Fashion Retail Coach & Customer Experience

LOFT in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will guide and coach associates, collaborate with the Store Manager, and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You’ll back the brand through personalized service, drive engagement with a highly capable team, and uphold high standards across visuals, operations, and omnichannel shopping. This role is Regular/Part time with flexible evenings and weekends.
