Sales Lead: Brand Ambassador & Team Coach

Pandora at Williamsburg Outlet is seeking a Sales Lead who will immerse themselves in our brand, culture, and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support Managers and Sales Associates to ensure in-store success and exemplary service.

The role requires at least 2 years in a fast-paced retail setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with customers at all levels. A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
