Sales Floor Manager (Outbound / Cold Calling)
Full-time Remote

We're building a high-output outbound team selling Orem - an AI-search-visibility platform - into the US. You'll own the sales floor: hiring and coaching cold callers, running the daily rhythm, and converting activity into booked meetings and pipeline.
What you'll do
- Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of cold callers (SDRs)
- Run daily standups, live call monitoring, and weekly 1:1 call reviews
- Own team KPIs: meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates
- Manage the dialer and lead flow; keep pacing efficient and abandon rate low
- Iterate scripts, objection handling, and the outbound playbook from real call data
- Enforce calling compliance (TCPA, DNC, local calling hours)
What you bring
- 3+ years in outbound / B2B sales
- 1-2+ years managing a calling team, with proven quota attainment
- Fluent, confident English for the US market
- Experience with a dialer and a CRM
- A coaching mindset and genuine resilience
Nice to have
- SaaS / tech sales background
- Familiarity with AI search, SEO, or GEO/AEO
