In this role, you will work directly with leading drone and robotics OEMs to guide successful integration of Doodle Labs radios from initial technical evaluation through field testing and deployment.You will serve as the technical point of contact for customers, helping diagnose RF and networking challenges, supporting system integration, and ensuring reliable performance in operational environments. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, field engineering, and technical problem-solving within a fast-growing robotics and autonomy ecosystem.Support 10–15 active customer integrations, guiding OEM partners through structured technical milestones and validation step Work closely with customers to ensure successful radio integration, configuration, and system-level performanceDiagnose and resolve complex issues related to RF propagation, antenna systems, networking performance, and system integrationSupport field deployments across UAV, UGV, and maritime robotics platforms, ensuring successful test outcomes and validation milestonesCapture integration learnings and feedback to improve future customer deployments and internal engineering processesMaintain accurate customer engagement data and opportunity tracking within CRM systems such as HubSpotPartner with sales, product, and engineering teams to support customer evaluations, demonstrations, and technical workshopsBuild strong customer relationships through hands-on engagement during field testing, integration events, and validation programsSuccessful integration of Doodle Labs radios into customer platforms across multiple robotics and autonomous systems programsHigh technical win rates across active integration programsReliable support of customer field testing events and validation milestonesStrong customer trust and technical credibility with engineering teams and program leadersClear visibility of customer integration progress through consistent CRM documentation and cross-functional communication3–7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Field Applications Engineering, or Systems IntegrationStrong hands-on understanding of RF propagation, antenna systems, and wireless networking technologiesExperience supporting radio integration into UAV, robotics, or autonomous systems platformsFamiliarity with TCP/IP networking and system-level connectivity troubleshootingExcellent communication and problem-solving skills when working directly with customer engineering teamsComfortable working in field environments and fast-paced technical deployment scenariosHighly accountable and motivated by solving real-world engineering challenges that directly impact customer successFamiliarity with mesh networking or MANET systemsExperience supporting DoD programs, defense contractors, or DIU initiativesExperience working with autonomy OEMs, including industrial drones, ground robotics, or maritime robotics platformsHands-on experience with network configuration and troubleshooting toolsWork on cutting-edge technology powering the future of autonomous systemsCollaborate with engineers and innovators building industry-leading connectivity solutionsWork directly with leading drone and robotics OEMs deploying real-world autonomous systemsOpportunity to solve challenging RF and networking problems in mission-critical environmentsDoodle Labs offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package built for people doing serious work.Compensation: Competitive base salary, individual and company performance bonuses.Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
