Support product sales and customer accounts for automotive components including wiper systems and window lift motors for OEM clients; analyze customer technical and commercial requirements and prepare proposals including pricing, delivery schedules, and packaging specifications; support RFQ processes by gathering data, coordinating with engineering, suppliers, and internal teams, and preparing cost estimates and feasibility analyses; communicate with customers to clarify requirements, provide technical explanations, and assist with contract discussions; track program timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support on-time development and delivery; review supplier quotations and support cost evaluation and pricing decisions for new and existing programs; investigate customer issues related to quality, engineering, and pricing and provide solutions based on internal and supplier feedback; and support warranty and claim analysis, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.
Requirement: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in any Engineering field and five years of experience
