Sales Engineering - Direct Hire - Houston, TXRemote Opportunity - Base Salary $90,000-$120,000 Manpower Direct Hire is seeking a Sales Engineer in the Houston area to help grow an industrial business serving the energy, petrochemical, renewable energy, and rotating equipment markets. This role is perfect for someone with a "fire in the belly" who enjoys creating opportunities, building OEM and distributor relationships, and providing customized engineering solutions rather than selling off-the-shelf products. $115K base + bonus potential Houston/Gulf Coast focus Moderate travel Mechanical or Chemical Engineering background preferred Opportunity to shape territory growth and customer strategyDevelop new business opportunities with OEMs, distributors, engineering firms, repair facilities, and end users.Build strong relationships with engineering, maintenance, operations, and purchasing teams.Evaluate customer applications and recommend customized sealing solutions for rotating equipment.Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, application reviews, and troubleshooting support.Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal engineering and manufacturing teams.Communicate customer requirements to engineering to support custom product development.Manage a sales pipeline and execute growth strategies within key accounts and target markets.Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging customer needs.Represent the company at trade shows, technical conferences, and customer events.Are you Interested?Stop your job search and apply today!
