HYDAC's passionate team designs and manufactures a comprehensive line of innovative and reliable solutions optimized any demand our customers require.The Product Manager will have 3-5 years of experience as a Product or Project Manager to join our Accumulator & Cylinder product group.You will make an impact in this role by:Having a sales acumen.Providing support to Application Engineering and Field Sales.Handling customer quotations and price strategies and preparing price lists.Being responsible for distributor, territory manager, and customer service training initiatives.Recommending new products or modifications.Recommending and monitoring stock levels.Developing and updating product literature and new product publicity.Preparing and presenting product presentations, reports, plans, etc.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.Effectively presenting information and responding to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Must have excellent customer service skills to respond to customer needs and requests for service and assistance.Ability to develop effective relationships with customers, distributors, and regional sales managers.Must be able to travel 30% - 40% of the time (roughly one week per month).RequirementsTo be considered for the Product Manager role, you must have the following minimum qualifications:Minimum 3 years' experience in a related industryBachelor's Degree in a Technical Field Required; Engineering (ME) Degree Preferred.Experience with fluid power, hydraulics or pneumatics.Fluid Power Specialist certification preferred.Experience with Lean manufacturing.#IND123
