Sales Service Manager Western RegionNidec Service Business Unit (part of Nidec Group) is looking for a Sales Service Manager for the Western Region. Nidec Service is a $400M Business Unit of Nidec Corporation, a $18 Billion+ global company focused on MV/LV motors & drives, power-controls, BESS and many other applications. Nidec Service has a team with over 100 employees in US with 4 dedicated plants for generators/motors repairs, service support and spare parts.Reporting to the Service Sales Director Americas, the main responsibilities for the Sales Service Manager Western Region are:Manage the accounts in the area and develop new sales opportunity mainly in the following industries: O&G, metal, mining, marine and utilitiesCreate, implement and drive business strategies and action plans to penetrate assigned targetsAssess project opportunities, implement strategies and action plans to develop and grow sales for Revamping & Repair, Spare Parts, Service & TroubleshootingOffer service solutions for MV/LV Motors & Drives, Control Systems and GeneratorsEnsures product pricing and margin being within company guidelines to achieve profitable sales objectivesPrepare and conduct Sales and Technical indoor and outdoor presentations.This is a remote position that requires customer visits and periodically meeting in our plants in US (Texas, Louisiana, Ohio and Minnesota).Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action at Nidec Nidec is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
