Sales Engineer

BizLink Technology Inc. is hiring a Sales Engineer in Fremont, CA to drive sales of our interconnect and connectivity solutions with industry-leading Cloud Service Providers and ODMs.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue with industry-leading Cloud Service Providers and ODMs to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including engineering, sourcing, and other decision makers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account activities and timely support of customer needs.
- Support the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including product presentations and solution design, with a focus on implementing BizLink's interconnectivity solutions.
- Resolve issues and identify opportunities for process and product improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide insightful product knowledge, stay informed on industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to highlight BizLink's value propositions and drive successful implementation of BizLink's solutions.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring accurate revenue projections and alignment with business goals.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer role.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical or sales environment.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, CSPs, and ODMs is a plus.
- Self-driven and highly motivated, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges.
