Sales EngineerWe are seeking a Sales Engineer to support rapid growth in sales of a world-class industrial mixing technology. This innovative capital equipment dramatically reduces mixing time and setup costs while delivering superior, repeatable mixing results across a wide range of industrial applications.This is a road-warrior role based in Butte, Montana, located in the Rocky Mountains along the Continental Divide. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically savvy, and comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.What You'll DoServe as a trusted technical and commercial partner to customers throughout the full sales cycleArticulate product value and technical capabilities to both business and engineering stakeholdersPerform compelling, hands-on product demonstrations at customer facilitiesIdentify customer requirements and align solutions to application needsGenerate new business through cold calls, referrals, and territory-based marketing effortsQualify leads, manage opportunities, and close business within assigned territoryRepresent the company at trade shows, conferences, seminars, and exhibitionsRespond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with strong technical and commercial inputCollaborate closely with internal Engineering, Operations, and Product teamsMaintain accurate customer and opportunity data in Salesforce CRMTravel throughout the U.S.

sales territory (up to 50%)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field5+ years of experience in capital equipment or industrial technical salesProven ability to independently generate new business and develop new marketsStrong understanding of industrial materials-processing technologiesComfortable operating in highly technical customer environmentsExcellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skillsOrganized, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to sales challengesStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to install and demonstrate equipmentSelf-motivated, professional, and results-drivenWillingness and ability to travel up to 50%Valid U.S. driver's license and good driving recordBenefits: PEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
