Job Responsibility

  • This role will manage existing client relationships, own existing services and build a diverse portfolio through the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
  • Create strategic roadmap to drive growth within the account/portfolio and execute that plan to drive incremental revenue, manage customer negotiations, driving pricing discussions, etc.
  • Engage with horizontal and solution teams to proactively identify improvement/opportunity areas – sell cross-business-unit solutions to the client.
  • Must have sold services to ISV -Hitech client.
  • Expand HCLs footprint and come up with creative solutions that help solve business problem
  • Hands‑on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • Proven record of rapidly scaling up revenues consistently and Y-o-Y growth
  • Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple activities in a very dynamic, changing environment
  • Account financial management, lead generation and ensuring CSAT
  • This account has aggressive growth potential through cross sell and upsell, which the incumbent must drive.
  • Own the strategic agenda for that account as well as create and manage executive level connects between customer and HCL executive teams.

Qualification

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in the mentioned field.
  • Proven ability to value‑sell, with an analytical capability and experience leveraging ROI‑based approaches to quantify success
  • High energy, bias for action, self‑driven, positive, “can do” attitude, flexibility, teamwork and attention to detail, high degree of integrity and initiative
  • Able to spend a significant percentage of time traveling
  • Have experience selling medium to large multiyear integrated deals.
  • Have work experience with some of the top Tier‑1 Management consulting firms or with top Tier‑1 global suppliers to some of the Retail customers specialized in product engineering services.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • MBA is preferred.
