Enterprise Sales Director | Fortune 500 Accounts
Remote, US | $500k OTE
We’re partnering with a technology-enabled facilities services business looking to hire an experienced enterprise sales leader to win major national accounts.
The focus is on large, complex organizations operating hundreds or thousands of locations across the US, with an emphasis on banking, financial services, and other distributed enterprise environments.
This is a new business role, focused on originating and closing multi-million-dollar, multi-year agreements.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record of personally winning $5M+ enterprise contracts.
- Experience selling facilities services, integrated property solutions, or technology-enabled services into large, distributed organizations.
- Existing relationships across Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Operations and Procurement within Fortune 500 businesses.
- Experience selling into banking, financial services or similarly complex multi-site environments.
- Ability to navigate lengthy enterprise sales cycles, complex procurement processes and multiple executive stakeholders.
- A genuine new business hunter who can demonstrate major contract wins, rather than someone primarily responsible for account management or renewals.

You’ll be joining a business combining national facilities service delivery with proprietary technology to help major organizations manage their property portfolios more efficiently.
The platform, infrastructure, and delivery capabilities are already established. The opportunity is to open new strategic accounts and secure significant national contracts.
Remote anywhere in the US.
$500k OTE with substantial upside.
