Sales Director – 3PL Warehousing & Fulfillment - Health & Beauty or Cosmetics Brands
Remote – United States | $200,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
Have you personally won $10M+ 3PL warehousing and fulfillment contracts? Two individual contributor opportunities are open for proven new business hunters selling complex outsourced logistics solutions to retail and consumer brands.
Required experience:
- 5+ years selling 3PL warehousing and fulfillment solutions to mid-market and enterprise retail customers.
- Direct sales experience with health & beauty and cosmetics brands.
- Proven success prospecting, negotiating, and closing $10M+ deals.
- Strong knowledge of B2B/B2C fulfillment, retail replenishment, and returns.
- Ability to sell across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree and willingness to travel up to 50%.
This is a hands-on sales role focused on winning new customers. Transportation-only sales or internal warehouse operations experience does not meet the requirements.
