The Role
We are seeking a high‑performing Sales Director to join our expanding team in the TOLA marketplace. Based in the Oklahoma and Arkansas region, this role is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of all Commercial and Enterprise sales initiatives across a defined set of accounts within OK and AR.
The Sales Director will oversee the performance of the business segment, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share in alignment with the company’s strategic vision and values. This leader will build, develop, and inspire a high‑performing sales team through targeted recruitment, structured onboarding, and ongoing coaching and professional development.
In addition, this role requires strong executive presence and the ability to cultivate and manage strategic vendor partnerships, while maintaining a disciplined approach to pipeline management and sales execution. The ideal candidate will consistently deliver against both individual and team sales objectives, ensuring sustained success across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- You will lead the daily operations of the sales team while establishing account lists and aligning sales territories.
- Ensure strategic account plans are developed and completed for top accounts in region.
- You will monitor all sales activities within the team for satisfactory account management performance.
- Achieve Project Delivery Success by working effectively and in partnership with Engineering and PMO partners.
- Achieve sales and marketing goals by working effectively with internal and external partners.
- Build and maintain client relationships within the customer base to include meetings with clients and OEMs to continue and improve the Presidio business and make us the partner of choice.
- Provides RFP assistance and direction to sales and engineering team.
- Interacts with OEMs on a strategic level to plan and execute growth objectives and activities.
- Routinely communicates with OEMs to ensure plan objectives are being met and develop ongoing market strategies.
- Fosters effective relationships with multiple OEMs to drive vendor diversity. Ensures sales team is trained on key partner solutions and maintains meaningful certifications.
- Execute sales strategy by identifying customer needs and selling the appropriate Presidio services.
- Develops business through multiple marketing and sales techniques including but not limited to cold calling, conducting in person meetings, and partnering with vendors or manufacturers.
- Maintains a targeted understanding of customers’ business showing the capacity to establish customer needs, buying cycles, and building positive relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat business.
- Ability to craft a strategic plan with the customer executive staff to add new value to the customer business and develop a sales plan to meet the customer and Presidio strategic need.
Leadership and Development
- Continual education on sales, technical, and business insight to better support customer needs.
- Mentor and motivate your sales team ensuring satisfactory performance.
- Training and development on reporting and metrics management, internal systems and processes to enhance the accuracy of sales forecasts and processes.
- Continuously works with Presidio’s internal Talent Acquisition team to drive recruiting efforts and leads interviewing efforts to ensure a continuous pool of applicants and to find and select the most qualified sales individuals.
- Manages and educates team on account mapping, marketing, planning, and execution to further enhance go‑to‑market strategies.
- Reviews and completes annual performance appraisals for direct reports in accordance to policy and procedures.
- Monitors staff development objectives to include sales training and certifications to ensure Presidio maintains a qualified sales staff.
Strategic Planning and Presentation
- Provides accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts while overseeing pipelines at all stages to ensure we are meeting goals and objectives.
- Understands market trends and builds plans with OEM and Internal Partners on potential business opportunities.
- Conducts weekly sales commitment calls on both regional and corporate levels to ensure effective strategies are being deployed.
- Reviews company, territory, regional and individual progress updates with team members.
Required Skills and Professional Experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
- Minimum of five (7) years of experience in outside technology sales experience required, with three (3) years of being in technology sales management is preferred.
- Experience with solution selling in digital infrastructure, cloud, security and a services portfolio to Commercial and Enterprise organizations.
- Experience working with Strategic OEMs (Dell/EMC, Cisco, PAN, AWS, Microsoft etc).

- Ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization.
Travel Required
Yes. 25% travel within Oklahoma and Arkansas.
