What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading a high-performing team with 5 sales reports
- Driving strategic commercial planning, growth plan implementation, and business intelligence development
- Strengthening the company's relationships with end customers
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of packaging sales experience, preferably in rigid packaging or closures
- Experience managing a $100MM+ book of business
- A proven track record of leading and developing sales teams
