The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract and retain residents for a Senior Housing Community. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead Generation : Conducting outreach and generating leads through various channels.
• Marketing Campaigns : Developing and managing marketing campaigns to promote the facility's services and attract new residents.
• Community Relations : Maintaining relationships with residents, their families, and the community to foster positive perceptions.
• Performance Tracking : Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Team Coordination : Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
