Onsite Full Time Sales Management

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead a high-performing sales organization focused on driving revenue growth, member acquisition, and customer satisfaction. This individual will oversee multiple sales channels, including call center operations, field representatives, and regional teams, while developing and executing strategic initiatives that support organizational growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader with a proven track record of driving results through others, building scalable sales processes, and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop sales teams across multiple channels and geographic regions.
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, and sales performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience and high levels of member satisfaction.
  • Partner with Marketing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with operational and technical teams to improve processes and support customer needs.
  • Manage sales forecasting, performance goals, and business planning activities.
  • Oversee incentive programs, contests, and recognition initiatives.
  • Coordinate field events, regional meetings, and sales conferences.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, including Medicare guidelines and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
  • 3+ years of experience leading telephonic or call center sales teams.
  • 3+ years of health insurance experience, with an emphasis on Medicare and Medicare Advantage.
  • Active Health Insurance Producer License required.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching teams, driving sales performance, and improving operational processes.
  • Strong understanding of call center metrics, KPIs, and workforce management.
  • Deep knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry.

Pay range and compensation package

$80,000–$100,000 annually. This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
