Sales Development Representative (SDR) – US 🇺🇸

Location: Remote – Anywhere in the US

Salary: $65,000 Base + $30,000 Bonus ($95,000 OTE)

StealthWatch is working with an exciting security startup vendor looking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their continued growth across the US.

The Role

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Build relationships with potential customers and key decision-makers.
• Engage prospects through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for the sales team.
• Work closely with Account Executives to develop and convert pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline within the CRM.
• Contribute to the growth of an ambitious cybersecurity startup.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar sales development role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior decision-makers.
• A proactive, resilient, and target-driven attitude.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and generating new business.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
• An interest in cybersecurity or technology would be advantageous.
