We are looking for an outbound-driven sales hunter to join HKR.TEAM as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , working for a US-based client in lead generation, prospecting, and outbound pipeline building.

What you'll be doing?
- Research and identify potential clients across industries like hospitality, wellness, retail, media, and PR.
- Hunt down decision-makers and build qualified lead lists for outbound campaigns.
- Execute high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone follow-ups to generate interest and book meetings.
- Prepare leads by understanding their business, needs, and fit with the client’s offering before outreach.
- Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
- Keep CRM (HubSpot) clean and updated with all outreach activities, lead statuses, and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate closely with the US-based sales team via Slack to align on messaging and targeting.
- Continuously improve outreach sequences, messaging, and lead qualification processes.
About you
- You have 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting.
- You’ve got a proven track record of booking qualified meetings through outbound efforts.
- Your research skills are sharp—you can quickly understand a business and identify the right contacts.
- Your English is fluent and professional (C1 level), both written and spoken.
- You’re comfortable working independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
- You’re experienced with HubSpot (or similar CRM tools) and know how to manage pipelines and sequences.
- You’re organized, proactive, and can handle high outreach volumes without dropping the ball.
- You’re available to overlap at least 4 hours daily with EST.
- Bonus points if you’ve used tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, or have experience with phone outreach.
