SDR (Outbound) | Industrial Tech | Remote, US

Our client is a Swiss deep-tech company that helps manufacturing plants catch fires and equipment failures before they happen. Thermal cameras plus AI monitoring, already running in 50+ facilities across 9 countries. They haven't lost a single customer in three years.
Now they're building their US sales team from scratch, and they're hiring an SDR to open the doors.
Who we're looking for
* * A real outbound hunter with 2-5 years of SDR/BDR experience
* Someone who picks their own targets: researches the market, chooses the accounts, finds the decision-makers, and builds pipeline without waiting for lead lists
* Comfortable on the phone and strong across calls, email and LinkedIn
* A track record you can point to: meetings booked, opportunities created, pipeline generated, quota hit
* Able to talk to plant, operations, EHS, maintenance and engineering people and keep it credible
* Industrial or technical background is a plus, but not required. If your outbound is excellent, we want to hear from you
* Hungry to grow and aiming for an AE seat down the road
Why this role
