As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Integrity Energy, you will identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building. You'll engage with established leads and target outbound prospects to introduce tailored energy solutions that fit their needs. Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Enterprise Account Executives. Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the sales cycle Schedule appointments and qualify leads for our Enterprise Account Executives. Utilize Salesforce to track, manage, and organize leads and opportunities. Recent college graduate or 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or prospecting roles. Proven ability to build relationships, grow pipelines, and drive sales. Experience with Salesforce (preferred but not required). Attention to detail and a strategic approach to sales forecasting and pipeline management.
