We're Hiring: Sales Development Manager (US Market – Remote)

Work Mode: Remote (US)

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Shift Timing: 8 AM CST – 5 PM CST

Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for building high-performing teams? We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR team focused on the US B2B market .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of SDRs targeting the US region.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outbound strategies (email, calls, LinkedIn, events) to drive qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and continuously improve lead generation efforts.
  • Manage and optimize tools like Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo.
  • Hire, onboard, and upskill SDRs to maintain a top-tier team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in outbound lead generation for the US B2B market .
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with US time zone overlap.

Preferred:

  • Experience in SaaS, IT Services, or Enterprise B2B Sales.
  • Prior exposure to mid-market and enterprise clients in the US.
