Job Summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers / sales representatives to help clients organize their homes. Works from home with pre-set appointments, training provided. No experience required. People‑oriented, creative with good communication skills, and a desire to help others are ideal traits for this role.

Day in the Life (Responsibilities)

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all appointments and marketing materials are provided)
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities
• Educate customers on our products and services
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help clients with their home organizational needs

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
• Smart, outgoing, coachable candidates sought
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week sales training
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle, with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Growth Opportunities

Direct track to become a Senior Sales Designer with pay/bonus increase.
