Sales Estimator – Custom Glass & Shower Enclosures

Uncapped Commission | Paid Training | $100K–$250K+ Earning Potential

Gatsby Glass of Southwest Pittsburgh is a rapidly growing custom glass company specializing in frameless shower doors, glass railings, mirrors, wine rooms, office partitions, and other premium residential and commercial glass solutions. We provide qualified leads, ongoing training, and a proven sales process to help you build a rewarding career.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors
• Measure spaces and design custom glass solutions
• Educate customers on products, hardware, and installation options
• Prepare professional estimates and proposals
• Close residential and commercial sales
• Manage projects from estimate through signed contract
• Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

What We’re Looking For

• Competitive, self‑motivated, and coachable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to take accurate field measurements
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• High integrity and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Construction, remodeling, or in‑home sales experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.

Compensation

• Paid training
• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
• Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (position dependent)
• Gas card
• Company iPad and measuring equipment
• Most sales estimators earn $100,000+
• Top performers have the opportunity to earn $150,000–$250,000+
