Job Description

Crown Honda of Southpoint, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, seeks Sales Consultants. We are looking for driven, dedicated individuals excited to join a winning team and drive success.

Responsibilities

• Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Crown selling process.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a referral network.
• Conduct test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives.
• Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries.
• Meet daily phone and email quota.
• Greet customers in the dealership and on the lot.
• Receive training.

Qualifications

• Motivation to be successful.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, Eleads, Autotrader).
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance.
• Self-starter and team player.
