Responsibilities

• Sales Consultants generate leads to welcome potential buyers to the community.
• Partner with home buyers throughout the process from greeting, to showcasing our home models and community offerings, through the contract process, through day of closing.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure a smooth customer journey and achieve sales goals.
• Operate in a commission-based environment and be available to work on weekends and some holidays.

Experience, Skills, Knowledge

• Minimum High School or GED required
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Ability to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations
