Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $43,000 - $140,000+ annually (based on experience & performance bonuses)
Basil Family Dealerships - is looking for motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our high-performing teams in Western New York!
Whether you're an experienced sales professional looking to grow your career or someone with strong customer service skills seeking a new opportunity, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Greet and guide customers through the car-buying process
Assist guests in finding the perfect vehicle while supporting team goals
Present and demonstrate vehicle features, including test drives
Educate customers on purchase and financing options
Stay up to date on current promotions, services, and vehicle inventory
Accurately complete all required sales documentation
Maintain a professional appearance and strong work ethic
Requirements
What You'll Need:
A valid driver's license
A customer-first mindset and desire to learn
Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, bartending, or insurance is a big plus
Automotive sales experience is highly valued, but not required
