Sales Consultant - Audi San Diego

Position

Aud Itios San Diego is offering an opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join the Holman family. The role involves selling vehicles and handling all related paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of vehicle sales and associated paperwork.
• Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct a needs analysis to determine desired make, type, and features.
• Explain vehicle features and benefits, and demonstrate operation in the showroom or on the road.
• Research model availability using the company database.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and F&I to negotiate sales price, lease payment, taxes, trade‑in allowance, license fee, and applicable discounts or rebates.
• Conduct visual inspections of inventory while walking the lot.
• Deliver the vehicle to the customer and provide familiarity with its features.
• Assist the Sales Manager in resolving customer problems.
• Negotiate, address objections, and close the sale.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Clean driving record or minimal violations.

Compensation

This is a commission‑eligible role with an expected monthly base pay ranging from $3,000 to $10,000, with additional earnings based on individual performance.
