Sales Closer

We’re Hiring an Elite Internal Closer (Remote | Trades Industry)

Tradies AI is expanding — and we’re looking for a proven internal closer who knows how to sell high-ticket offers to trade business owners.

This is not a starter sales role.

This is for someone who has already been in the trenches.

Who This Is For

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have 2+ years experience as a remote closer
• Have sold high-ticket services ($5k–$30k+)
• Understand the trade industry (builders, renovators, roofers, etc.)
• Can confidently handle objections from owners doing $50k–$300k+/month
• Know how to close warm, qualified appointments booked for you

The Role

• Close pre-qualified strategy calls booked by our setters
• Sell proven marketing & growth systems to established trade businesses
• Work fully remote with structured scripts, frameworks & support
• Collaborate directly with leadership (no middle-management fluff)

Compensation

$200k–$300k+ OTE

• High commission per deal
• No cap on earnings
• Performance = paid (simple as that)

• Beginners
• Script readers with no backbone
• Anyone who needs “motivation” to close
