Responsibilities include preparing, editing, and reviewing client-facing materials (letters, quotes, proposals, presentations) and ensuring the accuracy of scopes of work and job packs before submission. Youll maintain the Quote Log, follow proposal guidelines, and support web conferencing operations, including setup and archiving. This role requires exceptional writing, organizational, and technical skills.

- Analyze AV scope of work descriptions, system drawings, and blueprints.
- Prior sales, marketing or management experience
- Electronics and/or Construction background
- Ability to read system line drawings and basic blueprints
