You will report to the BDC Manager.

This is an on-site position in Nanuet, NY.

What You'll Do

  2+ year's experience with telemarketing, phone sales, or appointment setting preferable.

  n

• n

  Manage and follow up with customer leads

  n
n
• n

  Develop a customer database for retention

  n
n
• n

  Schedule and confirm high-quality appointments

  n
n
• n

  Communicate with customers by phone, email, and digital platforms

  n
n
• n

  Stay current on promotions, pricing, and dealership offerings

  n
n
• n

  Turn inquiries into appointments and opportunities

  n
n

What We're Looking For

  You will provide customer service

  Comfortable with phones, CRM systems, and basic computer functions

• n

  You will organize yourself, motivate yourself, and orient yourself towards goals.

  You will manage your time and complete multiple tasks

  Bilingual and dealership experience recommended
