Sales Associate
Premium Autos Inc. South El Monte, CA Full-time, in person
Premium Autos is looking for a highly motivated sales representative to join our South El Monte team and help customers shop for pre-owned vehicles.
Pay
- $20/hour base, plus applicable overtime
- $200 per credited vehicle for your first 15 sales each month
- $250 per vehicle from sale 16 onward
Job responsibilities
- Answer incoming internet sales leads and phone calls
- Use customer relationship management tools to track customer interactions
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, treating all customers with courtesy and respect
- Assist customers in vehicle selection via the internet, phone and video conference
- Present initial financing options to customers
- Schedule appointments with interested buyers
- Perform other duties requested by management
Requirements
- Enjoy talking to people and speak clearly
- Work with the team to achieve shared goals
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organization and an ability to learn quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of customer service experience required
- One year of sales experience preferred
- Reliable commute or relocation before starting
Schedule
- Full-time
- Flexible schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday through Friday and weekends as needed
