Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive in-store experience
- Assist customers with product selection, styling, and general inquiries
- Maintain a strong understanding of the brand’s products, collections, and standards
- Represent the brand in a professional manner while upholding its image and values
- Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and replenishment as needed
- Collaborate with management and team members to support store goals and sales performance
- Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Balance customer-facing responsibilities with general store support
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented retail environment
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
- Fashion or related industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Interest in fashion, retail, and current trends
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of a retail environment
Full-Time On-Site.
Salary: $20hr- $25hr
