What You'll Do
- Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead follow-up.
- Qualify prospects and identify customer needs.
- Present coaching programs, memberships, and event offerings.
- Close sales and exceed performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within the CRM.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Compensation & Earnings Potential
- $40,000 annual base salary
- $600 commission for each qualified sale
- $150 commission for each membership sale
- 10% commission on event sales
- Additional bonus opportunities for top performers
- Uncapped earning potential
What We're Looking For
- Experience in inside sales, outbound sales, business development, or similar sales environments.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Ability to confidently handle objections and ask for the sale.
- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work onsite in Cornelius, NC.
